Terms of Service

1. The gift card

• Card value: $25 to $1,000 AUD.
• Delivery: by email after payment clears, either immediately or on the date selected at checkout.
• Validity: 3 years from issue date.
• Not redeemable for cash. Not reloadable.
• Partial redemption is permitted; remaining balance stays on the card until expiry or depletion.
• Keep the card code secure. We may restore access to an eGift card where proof of purchase and identity can be verified.

2. Redemption

Cards are redeemed at point-of-payment by presenting the card code to venue staff. The venue confirms redemption through the Zinga Gift Card merchant portal. Redemption is final once confirmed.

3. Refunds

Unused cards may be refunded within 14 days of purchase through the order lookup or by contacting hello@aspiredigitalgroup.com.au. Cards that have been redeemed (even partially) are not refundable.

4. Liability

Zinga Gift Card is the platform operator. The goods and services you buy with the card — food, service, venue conduct — is the responsibility of the participating business. We will assist in resolving disputes but are not party to the contract between you and the venue.
