Terms of Service

1. The gift card

• Denominations: $25 to $2,500 AUD.
• Validity: 3 years from issue date.
• Not redeemable for cash. Not reloadable.
• Partial redemption is permitted; remaining balance stays on the card until expiry or depletion.
• Lost / stolen physical cards: we will replace digital records only with proof of purchase.

2. Redemption

Cards are redeemed at point-of-payment by presenting the card code to venue staff. The venue confirms redemption through the Zinga Dining merchant portal. Redemption is final once confirmed.

3. Refunds

Unused cards may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@aspiredigitalgroup.com.au. Cards that have been redeemed (even partially) are not refundable.

4. Liability

Zinga Dining is the platform operator. The dining experience — food, service, venue conduct — is the responsibility of the participating restaurant. We will assist in resolving disputes but are not party to the contract between you and the venue.
