What we collect

• Buyers: name, email, billing details (handled by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
• Recipients: name, email (so we can deliver the card).
• Wallet users: email, bcrypt-hashed password, the cards you've claimed and your redemption history.
• Merchant users: name, email, password hash, role.
• Reservations: name, email, phone (if provided), party size, requested time, notes.

What we share

Reservation requests are shared with the venue you booked. Payouts of redemptions are reported to the participating restaurant. We do not sell personal information. Payment processing: Stripe. Transactional email: SendGrid.

Retention

Card ledger entries are retained indefinitely as financial records. Wallet accounts and reservation history are retained for 7 years to comply with Australian record-keeping obligations.
